Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring a Critical Business Support Specialist to boost the efficiency and productivity of our IP licensing business.

What We Expect

You will:

Provide gaming industry insurance solutions, such as CGL, E&O and Cyber, for our IP integration deals.
Develop and maintain relationships with global and Chinese insurance partners.
Manage and provide training for our Hubspot CRM system, dashboards, and reports.
Own and optimize the Brands in Games business processes and playbook.
Track the team’s KPIs and performance metrics.
Attend business meetings and take notes as needed.
Support the team in contract management, ensuring contracts are reviewed, filed, and completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Must have:

Advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and high-level spoken and written English.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong sense of priority, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude towards learning and experimenting.
