Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring a Performance Media Specialist to optimize our advertising campaigns through data-driven strategies, helping us reach more mobile game developers so we can grow their games.

We are open to freelance, part-time, and full-time applicants for this role. There is also the possibility to start as freelance and move to full-time.

What We Expect

You will:

Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various media channels.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
Work closely with the creative team to design effective advertising content.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and brand goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies as necessary.
Proactively suggest improvements to our performance marketing strategies.

You must have:

Two or more years in a performance marketing role with a focus on running LinkedIn ads and Google Ads.
Familiarity with media buying, digital advertising platforms, and performance metrics.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across multiple countries and time zones.
A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the mobile games market.
