INTERNATIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE / 海外业务拓展经理

Location: Beijing or Remote from Anywhere

As a Yodo1 Sales Representative you’ll play a key role in prospecting new business for the company.

 

Here’s what you’ll do day to day

  • Prospect: Identify and establish strong relationships with mobile game developers globally, including on- and off-line networking, conveying Yodo’1s value proposition.
  • Identify: Though determined and daily prospecting & relationship management efforts, identify and qualify sales leads.
  • Advance & Close: Efficiently advance leads through to sales close, including lead qualification, needs assessment, value proposition, product introduction, and contract.
  • Sustain: Work closely with our Operations and Customer Success to ensure Developer’s queries are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Improvement: Identify and implement new business processes that will ultimately improve teams’ efficiency and performance.
  • Growth: Strategize and execute plans with the team to achieve new milestones and define new challenges.

 

Here’s what we’re looking for

  • You’ve done some selling in the past, in any industry, and have the ability and desire to become great at platform & service sales

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; competency in a second language is strongly desired

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER / 客户成功经理

Location: Beijing or Remote from Anywhere

As a Yodo1 Customer Success Manager you’ll work with mobile game developers worldwide to enable these innovative, growth-minded creators to increase revenue, improve their player experience, and expose their games to the widest possible global audience.

 

Here’s what you’ll do day to day

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Yodo1’s latest solutions and industry trends: You’ll live and breathe Yodo1 solutions, continuously digesting the latest information about how our cutting edge tools enable game designers and brands worldwide to market, monetize, and manager their creations.  And you’ll closely monitor emerging industry trends so that you can best spot opportunities for Yodo1 and our users.
  • Develop trust- and knowledge-based relationships with game developers and brands: Game developers and brands will look to you as a trusted resource, anticipating your frequent and thoughtful recommendations on how to better deploy Yodo1’s broad range of solutions, including publishing & distribution, managed ads, a self-publishing platform, and a frequent stream of new innovations. You’ll know your client’s games and brands, anticipate their needs, and continuously match them to the optimal set of solutions from Yodo1’s extensive and growing platform.
  • Advocate effectively for your clients: You will serve as the bridge between our clients and Yodo1’s product teams, ensuring that our experts are learning about the latest needs of our global users and that the latest solutions delivered to Yodo1’s clients ensure an efficient work procedure and meet the productivity standards
  • Relentlessly pursue client satisfaction: You excel at delighting our clients. If they have a need, you tireless work cross-functionally until it is fixed.  Through proactive and frequent communication, you ensure that our user’s issues are quickly addressed, escalated and resolved.

 

Here’s what we’re looking for

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Data Science or similar field – In other words, you know how to consume a large amount of information, understand it, and package it in a format that can be understood by each recipient group.
  • Excellent English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills – You’re going to be working with clients located globally and product teams located in China and nothing is more important than excellent communication between these groups. You are the communication bridge. And you’ll have to prove that.
  • You are proficient in MS office, experience with Confluence, Jira and Zoho is strongly desired – You are organized and have proven knowledge of project management and account management.
  • Experience within customer satisfaction and operations – You can tell stories all day about clients you’ve gone above and beyond the call-of-duty to support…and when we call those clients up for a reference, they’ll sing your praises.
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing, Branding or similar is a big plus – since that’s the field we’re in and it’s important that you love your job
  • Be able to reside and work on-site in Beijing (work visa can be provided).

IP Licensing Development Manager / IP授权拓展经理

Location: 北京 / 中国

Responsibilities
  • 帮助公司成为全球顶级IP在游戏行业授权领域第一;

  • 参与IP授权策略制定,负责公司合作的海外知名IP在国内开发者的拓展,商务沟通、合同签署;

  • 针对不同类型的IP,建立完善的开发者数据库;

  • 负责与运营团队协作,处理日常开发者在IP合作的过程中遇到的问题;

  • 能够根据公司制定的KPI,积极思考,制定有效的执行策略。

 

Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5年游戏行业工作经验,丰富的开发者合作资源,特别是大中型开发者;

  • 本科以上学历,具备流利的英语表达及书写能力,有海外留学/工作经历优先;

  • 良好的学习能力,团队协作能力,沟通能力,高效的执行能力;

  • 有IP合作经验者优先。
