We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Recruitment Sourcer, with experience in global hiring, to help us find, engage, and hire the people who will shape the future of Yodo1.

WHAT WE EXPECT

You will:

  • Own early-stage candidate engagement by sourcing top global talent, reviewing incoming application and prescreening candidates for roles in sales, marketing, game development, and beyond.
  • Coordinate with our recruiters to align on role requirements and suitable sourcing strategies.
  • Be proactive in researching, sourcing, and engaging top-tier candidates through creative, personalized outreach.
  • Conduct prescreen interviews that assess technical skills as well as culture add. Provide thoughtful feedback and ensure that the candidates you present align with our values and needs.
  • Represent our brand, vision and values as an ambassador, ensuring candidates understand what it means to work here and what makes us unique.
  • Track and use data to continuously help improve our hiring standards.
  • Provide regular updates and sourcing reports to the recruitment team.
  • Experiment with and share new ideas to improve hiring processes and candidate experience, including conducting market mapping and talent research as needed.

You must have:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer, ideally within the game development industry.
  • Experience successfully sourcing suitable talent across a variety of disciplines and seniority levels, ideally across global markets.  
  • Strong communication skills and EQ; ability to connect with candidates and provide a positive and engaging experience while challenging them with insightful questions.
  • The ability to act as a strategic partner to our Recruiters and hiring teams.
  • A self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in a highly autonomous and trusting environment.
  • A data-driven approach; comfortable using data and tools to measure your success rates and refine strategies for better results.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively across multiple active roles.

You might have:

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, where adaptability, quick thinking, and creativity are essential to success.
  • Experience using AI to make improvements to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.  
  • Experience working in a remote setting, engaging with colleagues and candidates in different time zones.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through Chinese hiring platforms (e.g. BOSS, WeChat).
