WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Yodo1 is looking for a highly organized, proactive and self-driven People Operations Coordinator to support our People function (onboarding, talent & HR) at Yodo1!

This role sits at the heart of our People function, supporting both onboarding and broader People Ops processes. You’ll play a key role in making sure every new joiner has a smooth, engaging, and well-structured start, while also helping us continuously improve how we do things here.

This role has the potential to evolve and expand into wider People and Talent Operations responsibilities.

WHAT WE EXPECT

You will:

• Continuously improve the onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring processes are clear, consistent, and up to date.

• Review and update internal resources and onboarding documentation (e.g. Notion pages).

• Handle operational tasks across onboarding, Talent, and HR, including system updates, data filtering, and report collation.

• Maintain accurate, well-organized People data and documentation.

• Help optimize how we use AI, tools, and systems across People and Talent.

You must have:

• Experience in a similar operational or administrative role, working closely with onboarding, HR and recruiting teams.

• Experience with, or an interest in, leveraging AI to improve efficiency in your work.

• Comfort working across multiple tools and systems (e.g. Notion, ATS platforms).

• An interest in People Operations, employee experience, and process improvement.  

• The ability to be highly organized, with strong attention to detail.

• A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and processes.  

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You might have:

• Experience working with teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones.  

• Experience working closely with onboarding, HR, and recruiting teams.  

• Flexibility to accommodate some overlap with Beijing working hours.  

• A passion for, or interest in, game development.
