Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a recruiter with experience in China as well as the global gaming industry to help us find, engage, and hire the people who will shape Yodo1’s future.

What We Expect
You will:
- Own full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and pre-screening to conducting interviews and ultimately closing hires for roles in sales, marketing, game production, and beyond.
- Be proactive in researching, sourcing, and engaging top-tier candidates through creative, personalized outreach.
- Conduct interviews that assess technical skills as well as culture add. Provide thoughtful feedback and ensure that the candidates you present align with our values and needs.
- Represent our brand as an ambassador during every stage of the hiring process. Make sure candidates understand what it means to work here and what makes us unique.
- Track key recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and report on insights, using data to continuously improve our hiring.
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions, share insights on market trends, and ensure business and recruiting alignment.
- Stay up to date on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
You must have:
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing, ideally in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to hire across various roles.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and talent ecosystem.
- Experience sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent in the Chinese market and using local platforms such as BOSS and Maimai.
- Strong EQ and communication skills; ability to connect with candidates and provide a positive and engaging experience while challenging them with insightful questions.
- The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and interviewers.
- A data-driven approach; comfortable using data and tools to track hiring progress, measure your outcomes, and refine strategies for better results.
- A creative approach to using AI to improve candidate experience and effectively manage large applicant pools.
- The ability to prioritize effectively and keep the hiring process on track, even when managing multiple roles.
You might have:
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, where adaptability, quick thinking, and creativity are essential to success.
- Experience with tools such as Airtable.
