WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Yodo1 is looking for a Product Manager who can own developer-facing, revenue-critical products and used in production by teams who cannot afford downtime. You are not a “feature PM.” You are an operator who turns market truth into shipped product, fast, and takes accountability for outcomes.

WHAT WE EXPECT

You will:

  1. Take Yodo1 products from strong to world-class by raising product craft, execution standards, and operating cadence across the organization.
  1. Establish a durable product system: crisp problem framing, clear success metrics, strong prioritization, tight discovery, and disciplined delivery.
  1. Drive step-change improvements in time-to-value, onboarding, and reliability so the product is easier to adopt and harder to churn.
  1. Turn customer input into scalable product direction through structured research, sharp hypotheses, and fast validation loops.
  1. Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, AdMon, Data, BD, and Support, ensuring priorities translate into shipped outcomes.
  1. Improve how we build: better specs, better decisions, fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, more predictable releases.
  1. Hold the bar on quality and trust: stability, performance, and regression control are product fundamentals, not “nice-to-haves.”
  1. Coach the team in world-class product thinking and standards, elevating decision quality and execution speed through example and process.

You must have:

  • A track record of leveling up established products by introducing world-class product practices that compound results over time.
  • Strong product judgment: you separate signal from noise, make high-quality trade-offs, and keep teams focused on the highest-leverage work.
  • Technical fluency and a history of shipping with engineering teams; you can engage deeply on constraints, quality, and delivery risks.
  • Evidence you can coach a product team: raising standards, improving craft, and turning “good enough” into consistently excellent.
  • High ownership and high standards: you take responsibility for outcomes and you raise the bar without making noise.

You might have:

  • Strong grasp of mobile game economics (IAA/IAP, LTV, ARPDAU, retention, UA constraints)
